- Assisting in developing Portfolio Management Systems, Appraisal techniques, Monitoring and Evaluation procedures and standards, as well as providing appropriate training to staff to enable DBZ support and promote large scale investments in Zambia.
- Reviewing existing Management structures, reviewing existing skills, manuals, policies, procedures, standards, etc.
- Reviewing the range of products and services in line with DBZ’s mission statement and strategy.
- Assessing DBZ’s frameworks and procedures including monitoring and supervision mechanisms.
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of frameworks, systems and tools for monitoring and supervision.
- Developing and implementing short and medium-term capacity building programmes to capacitate DBZ to effectively execute its mandate.
