- Assisting in developing Portfolio Management Systems, Appraisal techniques, Monitoring and Evaluation procedures and standards, as well as providing appropriate training to staff to enable TIB support and promote large scale investments in Tanzania.
- Reviewing existing Management structures, reviewing existing skills, manuals, policies, procedures, standards, etc.
- Reviewing the range of products and services in line with TIB’s mission statement and strategy.
- Assessing TIB’s frameworks and procedures including monitoring and supervision mechanisms.
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of frameworks, systems and tools for monitoring and supervision.
- Developing and implementing short and medium-term capacity building programmes to capacitate TIB to effectively execute its mandate.
